Todd MacLean is widely known as an award-winning musician here in Prince Edward Island – as a member of Amanda Jackson Band and as a guest performer in many other local groups, and after-school music teacher of piano, guitar, and saxophone. But not only is he musically talented, he is trying to make a positive environmental impact on the world.

As a freelance journalist and writer, MacLean has been an environmental columnist on CBC Radio, a commentator on CBC Television, and a weekly columnist in PEI’s The Guardian newspaper. MacLean is also spreading the words of hundreds of influential activists from around the world in his incredible book, Global Chorus: 365 Voices on the Future of the Planet. The book features pieces of words of hope and environmental warning from Dr. Jane Goodall, Stephen Hawking, Xavier Rudd, David Suzuki, Jamie Oliver, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and many more.

It is my absolute pleasure to share this book with you and let it be known we need to make a difference in this world before it is too late.
